Job Summary:
MasterPay Global Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the management team in daily operations.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
• Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Arrange and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
• Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
• Handle and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, meetings, and functions.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualification and Skills:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
