Requirements: 3-8 years of experience in Performance Testing Strong proficiency with Performance Testing tools using J Meter (Mandatory) and other performance testing tools Sound knowledge in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests Monitor application logs to check the system's behavior Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection, and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications Generate performance graphs session reports and Identify memory leakage, connection issues and bottleneck problems in the application Lead the teams to improve system performance Validate testing activities progress and issues, propose workaround solutions when necessary Coordinate with customers and other teams and ensure that test activities follow standards and best practices Good Communication Skills Prioritization and time management
