We are seeking a detail-oriented Performance Test Engineer to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance, load, and stress tests to ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems. You will work closely with developers, architects, and product teams to identify performance bottlenecks and help optimize system performance.

Job Responsibilities-

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests.
• Analyze test results and work closely with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Create detailed performance test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
• Set up and maintain performance testing environments.
• Recommend improvements for system performance based on analysis.
• Collaborate with DevOps for test automation and continuous performance testing integration.
• Work on performance benchmarking and tuning of applications.

Required Skills-

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Neoload.
• Strong expertise in analyzing server-side metrics (CPU, Memory, Disk I/O, Network I/O).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Ability to script and automate performance test cases.
• Proficiency in analyzing web application performance, API response times, and database queries.
• Understanding of different performance testing types: Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Volume Testing.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) performance testing practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  
  

Qualifications-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
