Own the end-to-end execution of test campaigns aimed at innovating performance ad strategies, — including new campaign structures, creative testing, and adoption of new technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop and iteratively test new ad solutions with agility and speed
Stay up to date with platform updates, channel trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective
Serve as a technical liaison between the paid media buying team and the product/engineering teams to support automation and operational efficiency
Assist with technical setup of campaigns, including tracking, pixel/tag implementation, and QA processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with exposure to campaign management, optimisation , and reporting
Good technical foundation with familiarity in digital ad tracking, attribution, and campaign configuration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a data-driven and fast-changing environment
Proficiency in Chinese to coordinate with internal teams is a plus
