Job Responsibilities

  • Manage various agency partners to build and optimize performance marketing initiatives across paid media marketing channels for the company's B2C business, getting into the details of executional strategy and find opportunities to continuously refine the programs to exceed given targets
  • Perform hands-on campaign analysis, compile insights, and create test charters across various aspects of the media buys whilst adopting new platforms and keeping up with the industry (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & other social, display, video advertising networks)
  • Develop overall company's mobile apps paid media strategy in APAC Build and experiment on mobile campaigns across UAC (Universal App Campaigns) and ASA (Apple Search Ads) to drive app installs and usage.
  • Project manage the end-to-end delivery of local programs including campaign brief, creative specs documentation, campaign set up and reporting
  • Responsible for developing media recommendations on how digital channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey and being able to define the role of digital, closely aligning with channel specialists for execution and delivery
  • Develop the overall paid media strategy for company's mobile apps across various local market media vendors, while seeking innovation through new platforms to drive growth while managing App Store ecosystem submission per OS to media vendors, enter steps to submit app updates, SDK approvals, and reviews management.
  • Communicate regularly with the broader team on campaign performance, optimization efforts, and delivery status, accountable to lead weekly run the business meetings and implement paid media next steps to exceed business goals


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 9-12 years of experience in paid media, various fields of digital media - search, display, social & video and mobile marketing with hands-on experience delivering innovative campaigns from tech, SaaS or media agencies.
  • Experience in managing performance outcomes and service delivery from marketing agencies
  • Has strong B2C paid media, Mobile / Search / Campaign operation exposure
  • Should have knowledge of UAC, ASA and other media tools
  • Proactive, organized, analytical, detail oriented, persistent, and capable of balancing multiple projects and requests
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills with the ability to build reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
  • Should have good communication and stakeholder management skills
