Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega DevOps Engineer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will take ownership of building dynamic and responsive user interfaces, contributing to the complete software development lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our client applications.

Role And Responsibilities

As a Senior Pega DevOps Engineer in our organization, you will spearhead our FEC initiatives, driving the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our systems and processes. You will lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and developers, to deliver state-of-the-art systems that enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include among others:

• Take ownership in end-to-end Pega project implementations, including solution design, system configuration, and integration.
• Translating business requirements into scalable and robust Pega-based solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Mentoring and guiding (a) team(s) of junior Pega developers, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting professional growth & collaboration
• Conducting thorough system testing, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Pega platform updates, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pega Senior System Architect, working on complex projects and handling end-to-end implementations.
• Experience working with constellation design system/ DX API
• Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
• Great vision on the way of working in a DevOps environment/ CICD compliance
• Proficiency in system integration, web services, and API development.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to bring along people in your vision.
• Completed all relevant missions in latest version relevant to Senior System architect Pega role.
