Responsibilities
Handling and monitoring clients’ deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines
Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information
Liaise with Back Office Manager for any issues
Handle any client requests/complaints and perform a timely investigation
Assisting Onboarding/Support in replying to client queries
Collaborate/Assist the Compliance and Risk Team regarding specific clients
Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels
Other ad-hoc duties as per management’s request
Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant position in the Finance industry will be considered an advantage
Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field
Experience in a client facing position will be considered an advantage
A team player with excellent communication skills
Native or near native in Chinese and Fluent in verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
