Position Summary: Partner Program Manager

Are you passionate about building community, supporting small businesses, and managing impactful programs? The Partner Program Manager is a vital member of our team, serving as a connector between the Chamber and the wider community. This role is responsible for coordinating high-impact partnerships and programs that unite businesses, government agencies, and community-based organizations in meaningful, cross-sector collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management and Operations

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key Chamber-hosted programs and events.
• Manage logistics in collaboration with vendors, sponsors, and community partners to ensure memorable and impactful experiences.
• Maintain program timelines and workflows in partnership with Chamber staff and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all event and program information is accurately maintained in both internal systems and public-facing platforms.
• Monitor program outcomes and adapt strategies as needed to meet evolving goals.
• Compile program impact reports for both internal use and partner reporting.
• Facilitate and lead a monthly Saturday seminar series for select Chamber members (one half-day per month).

Collaboration and Partnerships

• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with partner organizations and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular communication, meetings, and updates to ensure partner alignment and success.
• Serve as the Chamber’s liaison to local business districts, providing support for community-centered projects.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges in collaboration with partners.
• Represent the Chamber at public events, meetings, and community forums.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, community partnerships, or event management.
• Skills: Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Strong project management, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and social media tools.
• Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for supporting local businesses and strengthening community ties.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $48,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience.
