Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, and correspondence; prepare reports and presentations.

✔ Operations & Administration: Oversee office logistics, vendor coordination, and document management.

✔Accounting & customer service: Assist with invoicing, payroll, account payable and maintain financial records.

What You Bring:

✔ Experience in office administration or executive support.

✔ Strong organizational and communication skills.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and administrative software.

✔ Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Familiarity with accounting or invoicing systems is a plus.
