Position Overview

We are seeking a highly energetic and organized Administrative Assistant (2nd-year student) to join us as a part-time Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for a proactive multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping startups succeed.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Organize and maintain files, and correspondence.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflows.

Event Operation:

  • Assist in operating and executing accelerator programs events, workshops, and networking events.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Maintain effective communication between team members, startups, and stakeholders.

Operational Support:

  • Track and order office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Provide support with travel arrangements and expense reports as needed.

Special Projects:

  • Support startup cohorts during program cycles by coordinating meetings and providing logistical assistance.
  • Contribute to marketing and outreach initiatives, including newsletters and social media updates.


Qualifications

Experience:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with accelerators, incubators, or the deep tech ecosystem is a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Basic understanding of event coordination and marketing is advantageous.
