Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive project success.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and estimates effectively.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in design content across all packaging materials.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners to enhance project outcomes.
- Adapt to established systems and processes while seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in design, art production, or graphic arts, particularly in packaging.
- Strong knowledge of print production and packaging design principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and exceptional time management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and packaging laws.
- Understanding of the healthcare packaging industry.
- Experience with various print processes such as gravure, flexo, and offset.
- Ability to adapt to different systems and tools as required.
