Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Packaging Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for the successful execution of our marketing initiatives, specifically focusing on the production and adaptation of packaging artwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production and execution of rebranded artwork and small-scale design adaptations for projects ranging from simple updates to complex packaging design collateral.
  • Ensure consistency in artwork and accuracy of design content, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments including marketing, manufacturing, and legal, as well as external production agencies.
  • Oversee project estimates, budgets, and timelines in coordination with key partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency while adapting to defined approaches and systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agency partners.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in packaging graphics within the creative or printing industry; or a High School Diploma with six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in design, art production, or graphic arts.
  • In-depth knowledge of packaging design principles and print production processes.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and uniform packaging laws applicable to the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of current print processes including gravure, flexo, offset, and digital printing.
  • Able to manage high volumes of work while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptable to various systems and tools as required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong time management skills.
