About PrismJet:

PrismJet is a charter and management company based at Scottsdale Airport (KSDL) and is currently seeking candidates for the Owner Services and Flight Coordinating position to help with building and expanding our Part 135 and Part 91 aircraft operation. This position is a full-time opportunity. You must live in the metropolitan Phoenix, AZ area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you will report directly to the Owner Services and Flight Coordinating Manager.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Flight follow all flights
• Seeing off all departures and greet all arrivals
• Answering phone calls via RingCentral app on your cellphone.
• Communicate with crews for crew scheduling, and ensure the calendar is up to date with all necessary information (trainings, days off, PTO, etc.).
• Coordinate and schedule flights in accordance with FAA regulations under Part 91 and Part 135.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners, ensuring all preferences and requirements are met.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of aviation experience. 1 year of experience in Part 135 charter operations.
• Display exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Dedicated to providing top-tier service.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of private aviation, including aircraft types and industry terminology.
• Have knowledge of weather, fuel planning, and flight planning for both domestic and international trips.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based with occasional travel.
• Be available for occasional overtime and on-call duty to support client needs.

Schedule:

This position is based in the office and will be Friday through Monday. Hours are based around the activity of the flight schedule which can include early mornings and late nights.

Must be available to provide on-call availability. After hours and weekends are required.
