Responsibilities :

1.Responsible for the commissioning and commissioning of NMS, EMS, OMM (for LTE products), and northbound interconnection.

2.Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.

3.Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
