Principal Mechanical Static Engineer

Job Description :

1. Assist HOD in competency assessments, training plans, appraisals, manpower planning, hiring interviews, and ensuring continuous knowledge improvement (manuals, quality tools, software updates, lesson learned sessions).
2. Develop, review, and implement engineering procedures, standards, manuals, checklists, and ensure software validation and quality compliance with the QA team.
3. Support project activities by reviewing PQP/QAPM, design basis, key documents, deliverable priorities, BOQ control, interdisciplinary checks, and act as technical specialist including cold eye reviews.
4. Lead or coordinate engineering proposals, develop deliverable lists, review key technical documents, identify optimizations, and support risk assessment for proposals.
5. Provide technical advice on project challenges, guide proposal preparation considering client feedback, and help manage technical risks for both project execution and proposal stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: Engineering
• Have an excellent knowledge of current International codes and standards
• Have good command in his / her discipline’s software and its latest developments
• Have experience performing Engineering’s deliverables for Conceptual study/FEED/Detailed Engineering projects of at least three (03) major EPC projects
• Have experiences as lead engineer in Oil & gas engineering / EPC projects either upstream or downstream / Petrochemicals or Chemical plant
• Have experiences completing engineering / design of at least one oil & gas either upstream or downstream / Petrochemical or Chemical Plant EPC projects or have experiences in completing Conceptual & Feasibility Study, Pre-FEED & FEED (FEL 0,1,2,3) in oil & gas Offshore & Onshore / Petrochemical or Chemical Plant as Lead engineer
• Have experiences as specialist in Engineering consultant offices or EPC companies
