Tagrem Corp is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Order Processor to join our growing team. This role involves managing the order processing cycle with precision and efficiency to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately using our inventory management system. Confirm order details and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure precise fulfillment. Communicate with customers on order status, shipping updates, and resolve any discrepancies. Keep thorough records of orders, shipments, and inventory. Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to address order-related issues. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment when needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures throughout the order processing cycle. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in order processing, inventory management, or a related field. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to perform light lifting and product handling as required.
