Description: Pulling merchandise to fill orders per pick ticket Ensures that orders are accurate Select packaging and package order for delivery to customer Verify and correct any inventory discrepancies Stages items correctly for delivery Putting inventory merchandise on shelves Maintain clean work area Inventory control including: Inspecting order accuracy before accepting vendor deliveries Perform quality checks on inventory Conduct cycle counts Report discrepancies to leadership Follow all company policies as it relates to Loss Prevention Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent desired 1 year of experience picking and processing orders Basic math and computer skills Ability to follow instructions Ability to stand and walk during shift Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy, and follow-through Knowledge diesel engine parts preferred Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs Ability to move, lift, and carry objects up to 50lbs Ability to continuously repeat motions M&D provides equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants and employees without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, familial status, disability, military status, and genetic information.
