We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Order Processor to join our team. This role involves processing distributor orders, verifying item codes, coordinating shipments, and managing customer requests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence.
Job Details
Pay: $19/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with occasional overtime) Work Style: Hybrid/Remote
Responsibilities
Process distributor orders accurately via EDI and email.
Verify product details and coordinate shipment schedules.
Provide timely order confirmations and assist with change requests.
Track shipments, initiate tracers, and resolve delivery issues.
Maintain knowledge of products, incentives, and customer programs.
Handle returns, credits, and system queries.
Support the sales team with escalations, billing, and delivery inquiries.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Positive attitude with integrity and teamwork mindset.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
JD Edwards, EDI, and Salesforce experience is a plus.
