Summary The primary responsibility of the Order Processing Associate is to ensure that all required raw materials are ordered as to size, type, color, style, design, and amount to facilitate the installation process. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for an extended period and operate standard office equipment and keyboards Work Environment Work performed in an office environment Skills & Qualifications Level I: High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented Basic computer and system skills Basic math skills, including multiplication, division, percentages, and decimals Good written and verbal communication skills Level II: All Qualifications in Level I plus: 1 year of experience Knowledge of calculating builder products Level III: All Qualifications in Level II plus: Strong problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Essential Functions Level I: Verify material quantity and order details Calculate certain basic level product, such as carpet Data entry keying into the system Level II: All Functions included in Level I plus: Calculate all products to determine accurate square footage (flooring, countertops, and walls) Level III: All Functions included in Level II plus: Order product for model homes Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour #LI-Hybrid If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!
