Summary

The Custom Order Processor will be responsible for editing and processing custom orders for production. YOUR GOAL Achieve a 95% on-time processing rate for orders and customer follow-up within 24 hours of receipt. Ensure 100% documentation of all customer communications in the system to enhance internal communication efficiency. Consistently meet or exceed established success goals YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Receive and accurately log new orders into the system 2. Review and edit orders to ensure accuracy before production 3. Communicate with customers to clarify any details or discrepancies in their orders. 4. Efficiently process and prepare orders for production 5. Perform other reasonable duties as required KEY COMPETENCIES: Hyper-focused on exceptional client experience Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively Able to work under time constraints and pressure Work independently and self-motivated
