Job Descriptions:
Data Entry
Consultant will be responsible for:
Entering accurate order requests; ensuring specific customer requirements are followed.
Following up on special requests and orders, reviewing customer’s needs and matching needs to product, updating customer files and profiles.
Accurate data entry of customer orders to include ship methods and greetings.
Escalating problems and concerns beyond the ability of the Data Entry Gift Consultant to an immediate Supervisor or Manager.
Effectively communicating customer concerns or areas that may negatively impact our business to Supervisor or Manager with regard to customer orders.
Adhere to work schedule
Determine the most efficient shipping method for orders based on customer’s delivery needs.
All other tasks as assigned by supervisor and or manager.
Admin
Admins will be responsible for:
Process customer requests for credits, replacements and reroutes
Process physical returns Escalating problems and concerns beyond the ability of Admin to an immediate Supervisor or Manager.
Effectively communicating customer concerns or areas that may negatively impact our business to Supervisor or Manager regarding customer orders.
Adhere to work schedule
Determine the most efficient shipping method for orders based on customer’s delivery needs.
All other tasks as assigned by supervisor and or manager.
Excel Order Form Specialist
Excel Order Form Specialists will be responsible for:
Enabling and disabling macros.
Formatting cells, copying and pasting cells.
Renaming and saving excel spreadsheets.
Navigating within spreadsheets, selecting cells and ranges, and entering, editing and formatting data.
Inserting and delete rows, columns and worksheets.
Assisting customers with zipping and unzipping files using WinZip.
Entering accurate order requests to ensuring specific customer requirements are followed.
Effectively communicating customer concerns or areas that may negatively impact our business to Supervisor or Manager with regard to customer orders.
All other tasks as assigned by supervisor and or manager.
Phone Support
Phone Support will be responsible for:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Input data into the Customer Relationship Software to keep customer record updated
Entering accurate order requests; ensuring specific customer requirements are followed.
Following up on special requests and orders, reviewing customer’s needs and matching needs to product, updating customer files and profiles.
Accurate data entry of customer orders to include ship methods and greetings.
Escalating problems and concerns beyond the ability of the Phone Support Consultant to an immediate Supervisor or Manager.
Effectively communicating customer concerns or areas that may negatively impact our business to Supervisor or Manager regarding customer orders.
Adhere to work schedule
Determine the most efficient shipping method for orders based on customer’s delivery needs.
All other tasks as assigned by supervisor and or manager.
