Your Responsibilities: Ensure prompt payment from customers through regular follow-ups and tracking via email or phone calls Update accounting records in relevant systems on time, including capturing customer feedback and follow-up due dates Address customer feedback on invoicing issues, discrepancies, and clarifications by collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders Ensure timely reconciliation and distribution of statements of accounts (SOA) to customers Understand customer requirements and offer support to standardize operations when needed Participate in all operational aspects of accounts receivable matters Recommend accounts for escalated collection efforts through country finance or the key account structure Gain a thorough understanding of the end-to-end accounts receivable process and identify redundant steps to drive continuous improvement Independently analyze assigned accounts and implement a collection plan Your Skills and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business-to-Business Accounts Receivable Collections is required Strong knowledge of collection processes and AR policies and procedures Excellent negotiation and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision Additional language skills are a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month Benefits: Company events Employee discount Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Shift system Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Overtime pay Application Question(s): What is your active email address?
