We are seeking a highly skilled Order to Cash (OTC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in finance operations within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process excellence, implementing ERP solutions, and managing global customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Lead and support ERP/tool implementations in a Finance & Accounting (F&A) environment. Engage with multiple global stakeholders, handling critical issues and ensuring smooth operations. Focus on implementation and delivery to meet SLAs and SOW requirements. Address operational challenges within the BPO industry, optimizing processes for better performance. Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years of experience in the finance domain, preferably in a BPO setting. Proven expertise in handling various aspects of Order to Cash. Strong background in process improvement and ERP implementations. Ability to manage global customer interactions and resolve critical issues effectively. Deep understanding of BPO operations and challenges related to finance processes.
