Job Description:


Role: Oracle Solution Architect Experience: 12-14 years with Strong experience in EBS, HCM, Finance & Fusion.


Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

*Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle-based solutions.

*Design and architect robust and scalable Oracle solutions, including database, middleware, and application components.

*Consider factors like performance, security, and integration with existing systems when designing solutions.


Technical Expertise:


*Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and technologies, such as Oracle Database, Oracle Middleware (WebLogic, SOA Suite, BPM Suite), Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, etc.

*Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies and trends.

Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Oracle solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and best practices.


*Work closely with development teams to guide implementation efforts.

*Integration: Integrate Oracle solutions with other systems and applications, both within and outside the organization.

*Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different systems.

Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Oracle systems.

*Tune database and application performance to optimize resource utilization.


Security:

*Implement robust security measures to protect Oracle systems and data.

*Adhere to industry standards and regulations for data security.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in Oracle environments.

*Provide timely solutions to minimize system downtime.

Documentation: Create detailed documentation of solution designs, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Customer Interaction: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance.

*Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

*Strong experience in Oracle Fusion and architecture.

*Strong experience in Migration.

*Experience in designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions.

*Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.

*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Certification in Oracle technologies is often preferred
