About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Oracle services, including staffing, lead generation, IT sales, staff augmentation, and project outsourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's expansion in the Oracle domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in Oracle staffing, IT services, and project outsourcing.
  • Lead generation through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing and project needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely and quality delivery of resources.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, Oracle technologies, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and networking activities to promote the brand.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Skills in New Business Development, Business Development, and Sales
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and Account Management
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationship
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 to 12 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, specifically in Oracle services and IT staffing domains.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle technology stack, staffing models, and project outsourcing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
