Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle R12 HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HRMS modules with a strong focus on Payroll configuration, processing, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with HR and Finance stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations, compliance, and integration with other Oracle modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Oracle R12 HRMS and Payroll modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and configure Payroll setups accordingly.
  • Handle payroll processing, including elements, formulas, fast formulas, balance definitions, and costing.
  • Perform payroll runs, reconciliation, and audits to ensure accurate payroll delivery.
  • Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Configure and support Core HR, SSHR, OTL, and Absence Management as needed.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and data fixes.
  • Conduct UAT and end-user training sessions.
  • Support statutory and compliance requirements for India Payroll.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle R12 HRMS with focus on Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll setups, processing, costing, and year-end activities.
  • Functional knowledge in Core HR, Fast Formulas, Elements, and Balance Definitions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills in payroll issues.
  • Ability to work in a client-facing role and manage stakeholder expectations.
