Job Summary:

Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in

real estate operations in the UAE. The role involves managing the implementation of Oracle

Fusion Cloud ERP and other enterprise projects, managing data migration, integrations, and

user training. The candidate will work closely with functional leads, business teams,

implementation partner, and IT to ensure successful project execution that aligns with the

company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Coordination

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and implementation teams.

- Attend and lead the project discovery sessions.

- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

- Manage risk, issue tracking, and change management throughout the implementation.

- Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan, ensuring all tasks, timelines, and

dependencies are clearly defined and managed.

- Oversee the execution of the project plan, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met

efficiently.

2. Business Requirements & Documentation

- Conduct initial reviews of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure

completeness and accuracy.

- Provide feedback to business teams and implementation teams to align project scope with

the business needs.

- Ensure all processes and configurations meet real estate industry standards in the UAE.

3. Data Management & Migration

- Understand all data objects and templates for migration (Oracle Fusion ERP & Sales

Force).

- Work closely with business units to collect and validate data within agreed timelines.

- Perform pre-migration data validation and reconciliation tasks before submission to

vendors.

- Ensure accurate data migration by reviewing reconciliation reports before and after data

loads.

4. ERP Integration & Testing

- Support implementation team to ensure the test integrations flowing to/from Oracle

Fusion ERP.

- Support the integration testing to ensure data consistency and expected system behavior.

- Oversee the testing of all ERP-related processes before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

5. User Training & Documentation

- Review user manuals, training materials, and test scripts for accuracy and completeness.

- Facilitate ERP training sessions for key users and end-users.

- Ensure knowledge transfer and system adoption across business teams.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.

- Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Min 3 end to end

implementations) is required.

- Real estate industry experience in the UAE is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes.

- Experience in testing ERP integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Yardi, and

Jaggaer.

- Expertise in business process mapping, ERP configuration, and user training.

- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

- Oracle Cloud ERP certification is a plus.

- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is preferred.

- Proficiency in project planning, execution, and resource management.

Work Environment & Commitment:
