LightIdea is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance professional to join our growing practice. If you have a passion for delivering best-in-class finance solutions and meet the criteria below, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance experience
• At least 4 full life-cycle implementations (design → go-live → hypercare)
• Deep expertise across core Finance modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management
• Proven track record running requirements-gathering workshops, Fit-Gap analyses and solution design
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools (FBDI, Dataloader) and integrations (OIC, SOA)
• Familiarity with RICEFW—guiding configurations, reports, interfaces & extensions
• Strong skills in testing (unit, integration, UAT), end-user training and post-go-live support
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management—translating technical details into business value
• Business-language proficiency (professional-level English for documentation, workshops & client interactions)
• Passion for continuous learning—keeping up with the latest Oracle Fusion updates & best practices
• Oracle Fusion Finance certification preferred (e.g., 1Z0-1053)
• Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
