We have an urgent opportunity for the Oracle HCM Cloud FUNC Principal Consultant –Talent(Performance & Goal) Contractor / Freelancer position.

This is a Contract / Freelancing position.

Shift Timing:- 2 PM To 11 PM

Duration: 3-6 months

What You'll do:

Serve as the Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor in support of Oracle HCM Cloud support projects.

Gain the trust of the client, project team members and leadership team to ensure a successful project delivery.

Stay abreast of leading industry trends and Oracle features to give the clients the best solutions for their needs.

Coordinate efforts between other business lines and AST consultants to implement the best solution for the client.

Lead the entire project and will be working with end client on entire HCM Suite.

Work in Oracle Cloud Managed Services project.

Will be working on day-to-day issues as well as enhancements.

Work on Interface and Integration requirements with client.

Work on Instance management strategies with client.

Work on functional enhancements of the project and help customers to perform their job better.

Conduct POC sessions and advise clients on the latest changes in HCM Cloud – Talent (Performance & Goals)

Resolving Issues on a priority basis and address the questions on demand.

Will be working with Vendors (Oracle/ADP and UKG) for issues as needed.

Will be working on extract and report developments.

What You'll Bring:

8 plus years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

Experience in HCM Cloud Support projects is preferable.

Strong knowledge in Oracle HCM – Talent (Performance & Goals) is required.

Experience in working with Onsite-Offshore model.

Excellent Functional knowledge in Cloud HCM Talent (Performance & Goals)

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills

People management is an added advantage

Experience in managing client relationships.

4-year bachelor’s degree in a business-oriented, technical discipline or related experience preferred.

Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Talent (Performance & Goals) and/or other HCM Cloud modules ideal.

Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred)

Cross functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Learn); highly preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Prior experience leading a project team in a delivery role; required

Public Sector (K12 Educational Sector, Federal/State/Local) experience highly preferred. Private Sector experienced considered.
