Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant - Onsite

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with deep expertise in Advanced Procurement, Order Management, Costing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Product Hub.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SCM processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and enhancements
• Configure and manage Advanced Procurement (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Portal, Self-Service Procurement) to streamline procurement processes.
• Optimize Order Management workflows, including pricing, fulfillment, and orchestration
• Handle Costing configurations, including standard and actual costing methodologies.
• Manage Inventory setups, transactions, and warehouse operations within Fusion ERP.
• Support Manufacturing processes such as work orders, BOM (Bill of Materials), and shop floor control.
• Configure and manage Product Hub, ensuring data governance and item lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HCM, and Technical teams, to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop reports and dashboards for SCM insights using OTBI.
• Provide functional guidance, key and end-user training.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
• Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Procurement, Order Management, Costing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Product Hub.
• Experience in minimum 2 end-to-end implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certification (good to have).

• Exposure to Oracle Financials modules.
