Summary

HCM System Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HCM System Analyst to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll solutions. You will be a key member of our AMR IT team, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth delivery of HCM initiatives, optimize HR processes, and drive innovation through Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Management) aligned with business needs.
  • Project Management
  • Manage end-to-end HCM and payroll projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining quality standards.
  • System Optimization
  • Continuously enhance system functionalities and user experience to improve HR operational efficiency.
  • Business Process Analysis
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using Oracle Fusion HCM, Cargoes Rostering, and Payroll capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with teams across HR, Finance, IT, and business units to gather requirements and provide technical support.
  • Training & Support
  • Create and deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support materials to maximize system usage and adoption.
  • Data Management
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely maintenance for all HCM-related records and reports.
  • System Maintenance & Upgrades
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and integrations. Troubleshoot and coordinate with IT for technical support.
  • Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
  • Configuration & Customization
  • Configure modules as per business requirements and coordinate custom enhancements with technical teams.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement controls to manage risks in HCM and payroll processes.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Define KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide insights for continuous system improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
  • (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud (preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, configuration, and optimization
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party payroll systems
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification (highly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of modules: Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Compensation, Recruiting, Goal Management
  • Experience in:
  • Data migration and system integration (Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA preferred)
  • Reporting and analytics within Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Leading cross-functional HCM project teams
  • Training and end-user support
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual required)
  • Strong understanding of HR, HCM, and payroll processes and best practices
