Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional
• Responsible for configuration changes and/or enhancements to the Oracle HCM Cloud application
• Learn about Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches and communicate changes to key individuals
• Responsible for testing upgrades, patches, configuration changes, impact analysis to ensure the stability of the application
• Act as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes
• Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
• Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
• Work directly with customer to analyze and document problem, recommend solution, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution and inform customer of status
• Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
• Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
