Key Responsibilities

Gather and Analyze Requirements:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  
  

Integration Configuration For ONESOURCE Configuration And Implementation

• Understand configuration in Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS R12 modules (P2P and O2C cycles) to meet client-specific needs for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax implementation.
• Implement and integrated ONESOURCE indirect tax solutions (VAT, GST) solution with Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS R12 ERP
  
  

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Address client queries and concerns effectively.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of complex technical concepts.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  
  

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Support testing activities, including the development of test scenarios and test documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support (hypercare) to ensure smooth system operation.
  
  

Stay Updated

• Maintain a strong understanding of the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12 functionalities and industry best practices.
• Stay informed about evolving tax regulations and their impact on ERP systems.
