They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Options Quantitative Trader to join their team.

Role Overview: As an Options Quantitative Trader, you will be responsible for market making in the options markets of India and Korea. You will leverage your quantitative skills and trading experience to develop and implement trading strategies, optimize performance, and manage risk. This role requires a deep understanding of options trading, market dynamics, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Making: Actively participate in market making activities for options in India and Korea.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies to optimize market making performance.
• Risk Management: Monitor and manage trading risks, ensuring adherence to risk limits and protocols.
• Data Analysis: Analyze market data to identify trading opportunities and improve existing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other traders, developers, and analysts to enhance trading systems and strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize trading performance through backtesting and real-time analysis.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in options trading, preferably in a market making role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Skills:
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
  • Deep understanding of options pricing models and market dynamics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the options markets in India and Korea is highly desirable. Experience in other options markets will also be considered.
