What you’ll be doing:

As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager , you will play a key role in driving financial insights, supporting business decisions, and optimizing performance across our global operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze financial data, forecast trends, and provide recommendations that enhance profitability and efficiency.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes for our global business.
• Analyze monthly management P&L, financial performance, KPIs, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support senior management in decision-making with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and financial planning.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the Regional Finance Teams, ensuring financial best practices are upheld.

About You:

Education Level

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. MBA advantageous.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance, preferably in a multinational environment; 1-3 years with recent years playing the finance business partnering role will be advantage.
• Operational accounting background – ability to understand data flows and controls around integrity of data

• Effective communication skills with all levels of management, including external business partners
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi tasks and hands-on
• Self-motivated, work independently
• Fluent in spoken and written English, and Cantonese. Mandarin capabilities will be advantage.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, FP&A
