Aero-Optics Engineer for Modeling & Simulation Polaris Sensor Technologies is seeking an Aero-Optics Engineer to support development and validation of aero-optical models and simulation software. This position requires experience with optical analysis, including a solid understanding of physical and geometrical optics, Zemax, Matlab or Python modeling, and data analysis. Experience with aero-optics and wind tunnel testing is a plus. A successful applicant is self-motivated, able to work well in teams, eager to learn, and able to clearly communicate and document their work. This position is full-time (40 hours per week) in Huntsville, Alabama. Salary is commensurate with applicant’s qualifications and experience.
