Job Details
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting employee operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams and delivering exceptional support behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Orientation Coordinate new hire orientation, manage training schedules, ensure timely paperwork completion, and provide a smooth first-day experience for incoming employees.
Training Administration Track and support compliance with ServSafe and adult beverage certification requirements.
Payroll & Documentation Respond to administrative questions related to payroll, distribute important documents and work-related materials, and maintain confidentiality for all personal and sensitive information.
Data Management Manage updates and reporting from the employee database, supporting efficient and accurate HR operations.
