Hotel General Manager
The ideal candidate possesses a background in leading the daily
activities of the hotel property, including front desk operations,
reservations, concierge, F&B, Housekeeping and Maintenance, through
fostering a culture of excellence, maximizing the financial performance,
and providing exemplary guest experience and satisfaction.
DUTΙES
Manage hotel by ensuring compliance with all internal and external
policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain effective and professional communication with employees,
including providing relevant guidance to subordinates, communicating
expectations and appreciation, sharing hotel’s vision, goals, and
objectives.
Actively participate in the development of the hotel's annual budget,
forecasting revenue and expenses. Implement cost control measures to
optimize profitability without compromising guest satisfaction.
Review financial reports regularly, analyze variances and competition
and develop action plans to address any issues.
Uphold a guest-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service by
considering guest feedback
This position reports directly to our head office in Athens and the
hotelier.
Necessary Qualifications
Hospitality management or relevant degree
Experience of at least 2 years in similar position in luxury hotels
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and meet financial targets
Dedication to exceeding guest expectations and strong communication
skills
Excellent knowledge of English language (additional language knowledge
will be considered an asset)
Advanced organizing skills, proactive and resourceful
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy
