Position Overview

As the Business - Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role at Paradox Museum’s Headquarters. This position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all our global locations, managing key cross-functional initiatives, and supporting strategic business planning and execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and museum partners to streamline processes, optimize performance, and drive scalable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily business operations across global locations, ensuring alignment with HQ strategies and goals
  2. Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and best practices
  3. Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends, improve performance, and inform strategic decisions
  4. Update and improve existing training materials and onboarding tools.
  5. Perform training sessions with local operations teams and evaluate the overall status
  6. Design and implement a scalable training strategy across all locations to ensure consistent operational standards, team readiness, and customer experience
  7. Conduct on site audits across museums network.
  8. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning in alignment with corporate objectives
  9. Support the onboarding and integration of new museum locations and partners
  10. Ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and brand standards
  11. Foster a high-performance culture through clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement

 

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA a plus)
  2. 2+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in a multi-site, customer-facing organization
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools and operational KPIs
  4. Proven ability to lead projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  6. Passion for experiential brands, museums, or the entertainment industry is a strong plus
