Role Overview:

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving operational workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Implement and optimize operational processes to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks or challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present operational reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations within a financial services, NBFC, fintech, or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of financial products and basic compliance norms.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
