C3Logistics is a dynamic logistics, and last-mile delivery company focused on speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced Area Operations Manager with a strong understanding of last-mile logistics to lead operational excellence across key zones.

• Zone Leadership: Manage day-to-day last-mile operations across assigned zones, ensuring smooth delivery flow and high SLA compliance.
• Team Management: Supervise delivery executives and fleet managers; implement training, motivation, and performance tracking systems.
• Last-Mile Execution: Optimize delivery routes, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and improve on-time delivery rates.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining operational quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner & Vendor Coordination: Engage with logistics partners, vendors, and third-party providers to maintain service continuity.
• Issue Resolution: Act promptly on delivery failures, customer complaints, and fleet-related escalations to ensure service recovery.
• Data & Performance Monitoring: Analyze key metrics like CPO, EPH, and NPS to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure fleet compliance, safety norms, and standard operating procedures are followed at all levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in last-mile or quick commerce sectors.
• Strong grasp of logistics KPIs, route optimization, and fleet productivity management.
• Experience in managing large delivery fleets and working with third-party logistics partners.
• Proficiency in using TMS (Transport Management Systems), Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting tools.
