About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Operations Manager to join our team. This role is central to the way we work across client service, marketing, and HR. You’ll be working closely with one of the firm’s Partners and supporting the operations of the wider team.


The role is a diverse, high-trust position for someone who is looking for responsibility, variety, and a clear path to grow. We are looking for candidates with extremely good organisational skills and the energy, intelligence and attitude to develop their career.


The role is full time and predominantly based in our London office (subject to our WFH policy) and is full time. We are open to candidates who would prefer to work 4-day weeks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support & File Operations
  • Lead monthly invoicing and collections process, liaising directly with clients.
  • Manage and track disbursements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Build strong, professional client relationships with our core clients in support of the firm’s service standards.
  • General ‘Practice Management’, including coordination for marketing trips, diary management, processing expenses etc.


HR & Internal Operations

  • Be the primary administrative lead on HR processes and documentation.
  • Help drive internal projects related to recruitment, onboarding, and team development.

IT Platform Proficiency

  • Microsoft Office Suite – Required.
  • Clio – Preferred.
