Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive strategic initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development, project management, and process improvement. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, managing profit and loss, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement along with daily admin tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all the admin and sales department tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business development and operational performance.
  • Supervise team members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
  • Oversee project management initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals towards its constant growth.
  • Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive revenue growth through effective operational strategies and social media postings.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages positive attitude, teamwork, innovations, and accountability.

Admin Responsibilities on Day-to-Day Basis:

  • Interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Taking Registrations and entering the database.
  • Fixing appointments and meetings. Attending phone calls and providing information.
  • Taking pictures and videos to create and post content for social media.
  • Managing the Social Media posts on regular basis to keep brand ranking on the top page.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork to collaborate with artists to see how gallery sales can be improvised with exhibits and events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager for Art Gallery or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guiding team and developing strategies towards the growth of the business time to time.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic planning, and process improvement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on profit loss management and how to improvise to bring the business brand up.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding the need of art gallery improvements, social media advertisements, increasing the sales of art works on various platforms.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
