About The Role

  • As senior advisor to Regional Manager and Area Manager to define long term planning for the operations teams, and actively contribute the Annual Operating Plan development;
  • As key partner with Global operations managers to deploy the resources and efficiency related projects, and participate the operations network meetings;
  • Manage operations KPIs;
  • Review the capacity (delivery resources) and auditors resource development;
  • Manage the auditors in the responsible geographical area;
  • Provide necessary support to sales and CS team when asked for to do so;
  • Actively support the management of the conformance issues related to CNCA,CNAS and CCAA;

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in discipline of Engineering, Applied Science, or Information Technologies
  • Qualified lead auditor in QMS/EMS/ISMS/OHSAS, preferably registered under CCAA scheme
  • Min 15 years working experience, including
    • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing industry or engineering field
    • Minimum 5 years in certification industry
    • Minimum 5 years managerial experience in business development, operations, and/or quality assurance
