Job Description

We are recruiting for an Operations Manager based in Chesterfield with a Pensions or Financial Services background.


The Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective day-to-day performance, oversight and management of your direct reports. Where quality and service level targets are not being met, it is crucial that relevant action is taken to investigate and adjust resources.


You will help monitor KPI's, address issues impacting client experience and implement processes for better ways of working. You will support in setting goals, objectives and quality standards for your direct reports, all whilst driving a high-performance culture.


Ideally, you will have:


  • Experience in Operations
  • Experience in identifying and driving continuous improvement
  • A background in successfully leading team/s responsible for delivery of service
  • Proven management experience.


This is a hybrid working role, requiring 2 days in the office. Candidates with an FS or Pensions background can only be considered at this time.
