Responsibilities:

• Provide support to daily operations matters, including but not limited to trade settlement, valuation, NAV reconciliation and fund reports preparation for equity, fixed income and private equity products
• Liaise with custodian, fund administrator, auditors, legal consultants and other service providers. Assists and liaise with external compliance officers
• Provide back-office support to Portfolio Manager
• Assist on account opening and KYC process
• Assist on investor onboarding and enquiry
• Review the bookkeeping and audit for the Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Fund Operation/Accounting or Big 4 Accounting firm with focus on Fund Audit
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is a must
• Patience, proactive, detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
