About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our internal operations. You’ll work directly with the founding team to unblock bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and make sure the right things get done — at the right time, by the right people. This role is ideal for a generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments, is naturally organized, and wants to have real impact on how a company runs.

Key Responsibilities

Company Operations

• Own internal coordination: help plan team meetings, manage calendars, and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Set up and manage systems and processes across tools (e.g. Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot).
• Drive operational cadence: KPI's, weekly check-ins, monthly reporting, and team offsites.
• Track and report on key business operations metrics.

People and Admin

• Support onboarding/offboarding, coordinate with HR and manage internal documentation.
• Maintain company records, policies, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate contracts, NDAs, and insurance with vendors and advisors.
• Work with HR & Finance to ensure company operations run smoothly

Special Projects

• Work directly with the founders to drive cross-functional initiatives (e.g. marketing ops, sales ops, client onboarding).
• Identify inefficiencies and own projects to solve them — whether it’s a new workflow or a better system.
• Act as a point of contact for external vendors, legal counsel, and service providers.
• Manage documentation & compliance for SOC 2 audit

About You

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, consulting, or generalist roles.
• Strong project management skills — organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Fluent English
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Bonus: experience supporting founders or executives directly.
