Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations from procurement through to delivery.
• Optimise production output and improve visibility across the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement planning, reporting, and performance systems.
• Manage procurement of recycled raw materials and supplier relationships.
• Create financial reporting tools and operational budgets to support growth.
• Support team development and ensure accountability, quality, and safety standards.

Experience

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially aware operator with:

• Experience managing operations in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Understanding of supply chain management and process improvement.
• The ability to build systems that support scale without over-engineering.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Experience with new product development, cleantech, or materials innovation is a plus but not essential.
