Role Overview

As a Placement Officer - Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the placement process for our clients. You will work closely with candidates, employers, and internal teams to manage job placements, ensure seamless coordination, and handle the operational aspects of the placement cycle. This role requires a detail-oriented, results-driven individual to contribute to the success of our global mobility programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage job placements for clients in various industries.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams, employers, and candidates to match qualifications with job openings.
  • Handle the end-to-end placement process, including initial screenings, interviews, and final placement follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their placement needs are met.
  • Track the progress of placement activities and maintain updated records of candidate placements.
  • Ensure a smooth operational flow by addressing challenges and streamlining processes.
  • Provide support to candidates through the job search, interview preparation, and placement process.
  • Liaise between candidates and employers to address any concerns or requirements during the placement phase.
  • Monitor and report on placement success, satisfaction levels, and operational performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, job market conditions, and client needs to refine placement strategies.

KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

  • Number of successful job placements completed.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
  • Timeliness of placement process and operational efficiency.
  • Candidate satisfaction and long-term success post-placement.
  • Operational challenges resolved and process improvements implemented.
  • Consistent achievement of placement targets and goals.

Eligibility

  • 1-2 year of experience in placement, recruitment, or operations management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with candidates and employers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of global job markets and recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve placement challenges effectively.
