The Opportunity

As a Operations Data Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience optimizing 3PL partner performance and rider schedules. You will analyze data to drive efficiency, support operational improvements, and assist with translation tasks, all while contributing to the success of the logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3PL Capacity Management: Monitor and ensure that target capacity metrics for third-party logistics (3PL) partners are met. This includes evaluating performance and implementing improvements as needed.
• Rider Shift Monitoring: Track and manage rider shift schedules, ensuring adherence to planned timings and identifying any deviations that could impact operations.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze rider performance data relative to their scheduled shifts, extract actionable insights, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Data Insights Extraction: Extract insights from large amounts of data to support operational decision-making.
• Translation Support: Assist with translating documents for partners as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, other data-analysis tools etc), with the ability to apply these skills in business scenarios.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and curious about the business with a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with prior experience in multi-party project collaboration being a plus.
• Able to work full-time for 5 days per week.
• Language Skills: English is must
